Message	What did you guys look for out of a shop? How important is a torque plate on our motors? After my research I see some use it and some don't and apparently none of the places round me have one for our blocks. This is a whole new learning experiance for me and so I'm making sure I do it right the first time. Any info on what the high hp builds put in them like piston, rod, and bearing combos would be great. One other question. I see people tig weld the center weight. Doesn't that throw the crank off balance and how important is it to be done? I'm looking to go to about 800hp now I have met my 500hp goal.
